Through our work, we aim to empower individuals to recognize the interconnectedness of ableism with other forms of oppression, including white supremacy, homophobia, gender injustice, and classism. By addressing these systemic inequalities head-on, we endeavor to dismantle oppressive structures and create a more equitable society for all.

Integrate Disability Justice into your operations

One in four people in the US live with some type of disability, including many navigating chronic illness and non-apparent disabilities.

Yet most organizations are at a loss for how to integrate them into their workforce or how to serve them as clients. Our work is designed to bridge that gap by providing you with the skills necessary to become disability savvy and inclusive with an intersectional lens.

How we do it

Educating individuals about Disability Justice

We provide comprehensive training and resources to raise awareness and understanding of Disability Justice principles, fostering empathy and solidarity among diverse communities.

Challenging ableism and other forms of oppression

We actively work to dismantle ableist attitudes and behaviors while advocating for social justice across various intersecting identities.

Promoting inclusive and equitable practices

We support individuals and organizations in adopting inclusive policies, prioritizing accessibility, and ultimately creating environments that welcome and support all individuals.
